摘要
目的探讨术前心理访视对高龄老人白内障患者术前焦虑的影响。方法选择60例高龄老人白内障患者,随机分成2组,观察组接受术前心理访视;对照组接受所在病区护士的常规治疗和护理。采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS),评定访视前后的焦虑值。结果观察组术前焦虑得分为(38.6±7.64)分,显著低于对照组的(44.7±9.54)分,2组差异有统计学意义(t=2.73,P<0.01)。结论术前心理访视能有效缓解病人术前焦虑程度。
[ Objective] To discuss the effect of preoperative psychological visit on preoperative anxiety of the oldest old with cataract. [ Methods] Totally 60 oldest patients with cataract were randomly divided into 2 groups, the observation group received preoperative psychological visit ; the control group received conventional treatment and nursing by nurse. Zung self-rating anxiety scale （ SAS ）was adopted to evaluate the anxiety value before and after visit. [ Results ] The preoperative anxiety score was （ 38.6 ± 7.64 ） which was significantly lower than （ 44.7 ± 9.54 ） in control group, the difference was significant （ t = 2.73, P 〈 0.01 }. [ Conclusion] Preoperative psychological visit can effectively alleviate the preoperative anxiety of patients.
