摘要
[目的]总结A型主动脉夹层动脉瘤的手术配合措施。[方法]回顾性分析10例A型主动脉夹层动脉瘤手术病人的临床资料。[结果]本组10例病人均手术成功,其中9例心脏自动复跳,1例出现顽固性心室颤动,术毕带体外膜肺氧合系统(ECMO)返回重症监护病房(ICU)。[结论]加强A型主动脉夹层动脉瘤的手术配合可减少手术并发症,提高手术质量。
Objective：To summarize operative coordination measures for patients with type A dissecting aneurysm of aorta. Methods：Clinical data of 10 cases with type A dissecting aneurysm of aorta undergoing operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results： All 10 cases＇ operation had been down successfully. Heartbeat of nine cases recovered automatically. One case had occurred intractable ventricular fibrillation and was installed extracorporeal membrane oxygenation to go back ICU. Conclusion： To strengthen operative coordination for patients with type A dissecting aneurysm of aorta can reduce operative complications and enhance operation quality for them.
