摘要
综述了各种特种电力用户的特点和它们对供电系统的技术要求,分析了它们与电力系统的相互作用,提出了保障为特种用户安全可靠供电的必要措施及消除某些特殊负荷对电力系统不良干扰的技术措施。
Features of sorts of special clients and their requirements of power supply technique are introduced, and the effects between the special clients and electric power system are analyzed. Besides, some technique measures are proposed to reduce the negative disturbance of special load to electric power in order to ensure the stable and safe power supply for the special clients.
