摘要
设计了一种基于STC89C52RC单片机的,用于锻压设备的速度检测仪。锻压设备的打击速度准确检测是锻压设备数控化的前提条件。仪器采用霍尔传感器作为位置传感器,给出了锻锤的速度检测原理及检测仪器的软硬件组成。实现了锻压设备在锻压过程中锻锤的运动速度和加速度检测。检测到的速度数值可以实时显示在液晶屏幕上,同时速度数值可以通过RS485通信上传至上位机,进行进一步的数据处理。
A kind of velocity measurement equipment was designed to be used in the industrial forging equipment. It is very crucial to exactly detect the velocity of forging hammer for the industrial forging equipment before control it by digital measure. Taking AT89C52 as the microprocessor, it can measure the velocity of forging hammer when the forging equipment is working. It used a position transducer which was consisted of Hall element. This paper presented the principle of detecting the velocity and acceleration of forging hammer, hardware and software of velocity measurement system. The results show that this kind of velocity measurement system can measure the velocity of forging hammer. Moreover the records of velocity can be displayed on the LCD screen, and they can be delivered to industrial personnel computer by RS -485. The industrial personnel computer deals with these records further.
