摘要
介绍了钢铁常温磷化前处理——除油、除锈新工艺。指出要获得结晶细小致密的磷化膜，应尽可能降低前处理过程中除油液的碱性和除锈液的酸性。
A new technology of getting rid of oil and rust of steel is introduced before phosphorylated in ordinary temperature. In the course of pre-treatting,the acidity of liquid being used to get rid of rust and the basicity of liquid being used to get rid of oil must be decreased as much as possible for obtaining strong and dose phosphorylation membrane with least crystal.
