摘要
管理者与任务的人-任务互动问题源于管理者自我效能感演化和任务进程间的相互作用.在讨论了Visual Basic.net和Arena间基于消息通信实现并行集成的基础上,分别针对管理者行为过程和任务处理过程建立基于改进QSIM算法的定性模拟模型和基于事件驱动的离散事件模拟模型,提出并实现了人-任务互动的并行集成模拟方法,开发了PSMS-SMMPT并行集成模拟系统原型.最后通过一个示例,确认了该方法及系统可用来分析复杂管理系统人-任务互动规律.
The issue about human-task interaction of manger and his tasks is sourced from interactive impacts between manger's self-efficacy and tasks. Based on a discussion on the parallel and integration of Visual Basic.net and Arena through message communications, the improved QSIM based qualitative simulation model and the event-driven discrete event simulation model are built respectively for simulation of manager's behavior and task processing flow. The approach of parallel and integrated simulation of human-task interaction is proposed and developed into a prototype of PSMS-SMMPT parallel and integrated simulation system. An example verified that the approach and system can be used for analysis of the dynamics of human-task interaction in complex management system.
