班主任工作是学校教学中最基础的,同时也是学生管理中十分关键的环节。如搞不好班主任工作,将会对整个教学工作造成巨大的负面影响。所以,在班主任的工作中,班主任应能够认真和负责的工作。
Supervisor is the most important component of education. Meantime, it is very key link of students＇ administration. If supervisors were not responsible for their duty, they would exert a tremendous negative influence of the whole work of teaching. Therefore, supervisors should be conscientious and responsible for their duty.
