摘要
报告１０４例颈侧及咽旁间隙肿瘤，包括神经鞘膜瘤６７例，神经纤维瘤１２例，涎腺混合瘤１４例，血管瘤６例，颈动脉体瘤４例，猪囊虫病１例，均经病理证实。全部病人均行手术治疗，其中颈侧切开径路８９例，经咽侧径路１１例，经颈侧及咽侧联合入路４例。除２例颈动脉体瘤骑跨于颈动脉分叉处及２例血管瘤与颈动脉鞘粘连未能切除肿瘤外，其余１００例均完整摘除肿瘤。７例发生术后并发症，全部为神经麻痹。
Abstract One hundred and four patients with parapharyngeal space and neck neoplasms were treated by surgery in our department. There were 78 males and 26 females , ranging in age from 16 to 68 years.
