摘要 介绍了有限元模拟技术研究及应用的过程和现状,并针对常德纺织机械有限公司生产的YJ2-142摇架手柄冲压中存在的问题作了分析,采用有限元法建立了分析模型,用AutoForm进行了模拟演示,并提出了改进措施。 In this paper, the problem, such as wrinkling, in the forming of the handle of the reeling frame, are analyzed, several methods to improve its forming process are proposed, experiments and finite element simulations by using Auto Form are carried out to confirm their availability. The study is a practice of applying compute simulation to the manufacturing of parts of textile machinery, and it provides the basis to improve the quality of the handle.
