摘要
通过对两台265m2烧结机及控制系统、机头电除尘系统进行改造,提高烧结料层厚度等,降低了烧结固体燃耗和烧结点火煤气的消耗,改善了烧结矿的冶金性能,减少了烧结控制系统的故障率,降低了进入大气中的粉尘含量,取得了很好的改造效果和环保效益。
By reconstructing two sets of 265m^2 sinter machines and its control system and the feed end electrostatic precipitator system,and by increasing the sintering bed depth etc., the sintering solid energy consumption and sintering ignition gas consumption were reduced, the metallurgical properties were improved, the failure rate of sintering control system was reduced,and the content of dust going into the atmosphere was decreased,good reconstruction effect and environmental benefits were obtained.
