摘要
目的:调查和评价骨科手术围手术期抗菌药物使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:回顾性调查分析我院骨一科2008年1～6月173例手术患者围手术期抗菌药物使用情况,对用药种类及用药时间、药物联用等情况进行统计、分析。结果:骨科手术173例病人围手术期抗菌药物使用率为94.80%,使用最多的是头孢菌素类,术前≤2h用药27例(15.61%),平均用药时间为9.3d。结论:我院骨科围手术期预防应用抗菌药物存在较高的不合理性,应进一步规范。
Objective： To investigate and evaluate the administration of antibacterials in the perioperative period of orthopedic operations for patients, and provide the reference for rational drug use. Method： The use of antibacterials in 173 patients undergoing orthopedic operations in our hospital from January to June 2007 was investigated in respect of the variety of drugs, medication time and drug Combination, etc. Result： Of the 173 patients, the ratio of the perioperative use of antibacterials was as high as 94.8%, Cephalosporins were most frequantly administered preoperatively. 27 patients （ 15.61% ） received antibacterials 2h before operations. The average duration of administration of antibacterials was 9.3d. Conclusion： The application of antibacterials in the perioperative period is far from rational in our hospital. The prophylactic administration of antibacterials in the perioperative period in orthopedic patients should be standardized.
