摘要
根据稳态法测量导热系数原理,改进了稳态法导热系数测量仪(导热仪)的设计,利用单片机控制技术实现了实验过程的可控性。以方型和圆型橡胶试样测量其导热系数,并将实验数据与利用耐驰公司导热仪(LFA447)在相同条件下测量的数据进行比对。结果表明,在测量温度小于60℃的情况下,耐驰公司导热仪的测量误差小于1%,改进导热仪测量误差小于2.58%。
The thermal conductivity measurement instrument was designed and improved according to the principle of the steady-state technique. The measuring accuracy and convenience were enhanced because the MCU (Microchip unit)controlling technology was utilized to realize the controllability of the experimental process. The thermal conductivity of the circular and the rectangle samples was measured and compared with the experimental data measured by the apparatus of the thermal conductivity(LFA447)made by NETCH Company in Germany under the same experimental conditions. The results indicate that the apparatus is able to measure thermal conductivity and the error of the apparatus made by NETCH Company and the improved apparatus is less than 1 % and 2. 58%, respectively, when the measured temperature is less than 60℃ .
