摘要
深圳某工业园高级员工高层宿舍楼勘察过程中,通过现场原位测试和室内试验,查明砂卵石层的工程性质及承载力特征值,提出天然地基浅基础的选型建议,节约了投资,缩短了工期,经实测该楼的沉降变形完全符合规范要求,现已投入使用。
In the inspection process of a high-level senior staff dormitory building in Shenzhcn Industrial Park, ,through situ test and laboratory test,the engineering characteristics and eigenvalue of carrying capacity of sand and gravel layer have been ascertained. The suggestion of natural foundation selection has been submitted. The project investment has been saved,the peorid has been shorted. Dorrnitory＇s settlement in full compliance with the regulatory requirements by measured. It＇s now in normal use.
