摘要
以中铁十九局集团公司第五工程有限公司韶关制梁场承建218榀预应力简支箱梁的预制工作为例,阐述了客运专线简支箱梁后浇翼缘板施工工法适用的范围、工艺原理、施工工艺流程及操作要点。介绍了使用的材料、设备及采取的安全措施和环境保护措施。对该法的效益进行了分析。
This paper expounds the scope, technology principle, workflow of construction and operation cruces adapted to the construction method of post-pouring fange plate of simple boxgirder in passenger dedicated Line, by example of 218prestressed concrete simple box girder constructed by Shaoguan prefabricated beam plant of The Fifth Engineering limited company of China Railway Nineteenth Group, and introduce the adapted materials, equipments as well as safety methods and environmental protections and also gives an analysis on the methods.
