摘要
研究学科馆员服务中的用户沟通问题具有理论意义和现实意义。通过回顾学科用户研究现状,分析学科用户沟通的作用和具体过程,提出在目前的学科馆员服务实践中主要有4种用户沟通障碍:编码与解码的差异性障碍;人际交往障碍;学科障碍;沟通环境方面的障碍;针对上述障碍提出5项改进策略。
Researching on subject users' communication in subject-hbrary service has theoretic meaning and practical meaning. The paper reviews research situation of subject user and analyzes the communication' s roles and its approach process. Then it proposes that there are four barriers in service practice:difference barrier between coding and decoding, human communication barrier, subject barrier, and communication environment barrier. The paper also puts outward five effective measures.
