摘要
2006年11月23日新疆精河Ms5.1级地震前,精河台的伸缩、倾斜和长水管资料均出现了明显的前兆异常变化。利用形态分析、一阶差分、矢量合成、卡尔曼滤波方法对资料进行分析处理,结果表明新疆乌苏、精河间Ms5.1级地震前的短临异常较为明显,年变幅观测曲线畸变、日均值曲线转折甚至打破年变、矢量转向、速率变化超两倍均方差等,显示出这次地震之前地形变异常具有较高的可信度。
On November 23, 2006, before Jinghe MsS. 1 earthquake, the extensometer, tilt and the long water pipe inclinometer in Jinghe seismic station presented obvious anomalies which are analyzed by the morphologic method, differential method, Kallman' s filtering method. The results show that the unusual variation, daily mean values and the ratio are extreamly anomaly before the Ms5. 1 earthquake, and this also shows that these deformation anomalies are reliable before earthquakes.
