抗血小板药物对脑卒中复发患者血小板功能的影响 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨脑梗死患者在接受抗血小板治疗后血小板功能与卒中复发及复发类型的关系。方法随访210名脑梗死患者2年,在给药前、给药后1d、1w、1、6、12、18个月应用流式细胞术测定血小板α颗粒膜糖蛋白(CD62p)、溶酶体颗粒膜糖蛋白(CD63)、血小板膜表面糖蛋白(CD41)表达的百分率,同时监测终点事件的发生。结果脑卒中复发者与对照组相比,在接受抗血小板药物治疗后1w、1个月时血小板CD62p、CD63、CD41的阳性百分率均高于对照组(P<0.05),其他时间段变化无明显差异(P>0.05)。脑卒中复发者中脑出血和脑梗死间血小板功能指标亦无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论脑卒中复发者在接受抗血小板药物治疗后1w、1个月时血小板功能指标与疾病复发有相关性,但从数值变化趋势来看血小板活化的数值还不能作为一个独立的预示脑卒中复发及复发类型的指标。
