摘要
目的研究测定逆行隐神经营养血管皮瓣的动态界限。方法采用新鲜成人下肢标本12例,设计制作超大面积逆行隐神经营养血管皮瓣模型,经股动脉将美蓝以平均动脉压进行灌注,测量并记录其染色面积和形态,然后根据观测的数据资料进行分析。结果皮瓣染色面积在15min左右达到稳定;染色的皮瓣图形不规则,呈多样性,大致是皮瓣远近端窄,中间偏近处宽;皮瓣长径平均13.375cm,横径平均8.633cm。结论该方法较为客观、精确地描述了逆行隐神经营养血管皮瓣的动态界限。
Objective To study the dynamic territory of the distally-based saphenous neurocutaneous vascular island flap. Methods The super-sized distally-based saphenous neurocutaneous vascular island flap be made in 12 adults cadaveric lower extremity,which, be perfused with Methylthioninium Chloride in average artery pressure by way of femoral artery.The colored area and shape were recorded respectively,which be analyzed.Results The flap obtained balance in the colored areao in 15 minutes, and their shape were irregular, whose average of the long axis was 13.375cm and the transverse axis was 8.633cm respectively.Conclusion This is a relatively accurate and objective method to study the dynamic territory of the distally-based saphenous neurocutaneous vascular island flap.
