白芥和甘蓝型油菜属间杂种后代菌核病抗性鉴定 被引量:5

Characterization of resistance to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum among progenies of intergeneric hybrid between Brassica napus and Sinapis alba

摘要 通过对24个白芥和甘蓝型油菜属间杂种回交后代株系叶片菌核病菌丝接种鉴定,发现有11个株系与抗病品种中双9号抗性差异不显著,有4个株系抗性极显著强于中双9号。茎秆接种也验证了这个结果。结果表明,白芥和甘蓝型油菜属间杂种后代部分株系抗菌核病能力得到明显提高,对创造抗菌核病油菜新种质具有重要意义。 The resistance of twenty-four progeny lines, derived from the hybrid between Brassica napus and Sinapis alba, to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum was tested through inoculation of stem and detached leaves with mycelia of the pathogen. No significant difference was found between eleven progeny lines and resistant variety Zhongshuang No. 9, other four lines showed significantly stronger resistance. This study demonstrated the disease resistance of intergeneric hybrid progenies can be increased significantly, it can play an important role in disease resistance breeding.
