摘要 茶的原产地一直是一个备受争议的问题,一直纠结着中国人的心。文章译自日内瓦大学教授尼古拉·祖费尔的一篇从历史角度来论述关于茶的原产地,茶与中华民族的关系,茶文化在儒家思想中的诠释的文章,尼古拉·祖费尔教授从另一个角度,一种与国人不一样的模式,以一个外国人的身份,一个"旁观者"的角度来阐述他是如何看待茶的原产地,茶文化对中国人思想的渗透,茶的历史与中国历史的关联等问题的。译者翻译此文目的是拓宽读者阅读视角,加强中西方文化的交流。 The homeland of tea has always been a controversial problem, which is also a question that Chinese people are interested in. This paper is a translation of the paper written by Nicolas Zufert, a professor at University of Geneva. In the paper, from historical angle, professor Nicolas Zufert discussed about the homeland of tea, the relationship between tea and Chinese people, and Confucianism embodied in tea culture. Professor Nicolas Zufert, from a foreigner and "stander-by "s" point of view, discussed the questions such as how he views the homeland of tea, the influence of tea culture on Chinese thought, and the relationship between tea history and Chinese history. The translation of this paper is aimed to broaden readers" horizon and promote cultural exchange between China and western countries.
