摘要
研究了高氯氯化聚乙烯(HCPH)对氯丁橡胶(CR)与甲基丙烯酸甲酯接枝共聚及其产物的影响。结果表明,HCPE能加快聚合速率,提高转化率、接枝效率和接枝度,含HCPE的产物,含有较高的分子量级份,分子量分布较宽,并具有较好的机械性能和较高的粘接强度。
The graft copolymerization of methyl methacrylate onto polychloroprene was carried out in toluene, using benzoyl peroxide as initiator. The effect of high chlorine chlorinated polyethylene (HCPE) on the grafting reaction and its product has been investigated by the gravimetric methods, GPC, and other instruments. The results showed that the introduction of HCPE into the reaction system allows the process to be carried out at high rate, increase in the conversion rate and grafting efficiency, grafting degree and obtaining of reaction product with a wider molecular weight distribution, better mechanical properties and higher binding strength.
