摘要
文章首先对现代客车制作过程当中对工艺设备的需求进行了概述,介绍了客车车身蒙皮的制作工艺流程,分析了客车车身蒙皮传统制作工艺的优缺点以及滚压成型工艺的蒙皮制作特点,对滚压成型技术应解决的主要技术问题和技术指标都给出了明确的说明,详细介绍了滚压成型设备的技术指标特点以及具体的结构形式,由此阐述了滚压蒙皮的成型原理和实现的方法。
The technical requirements of modern autobus fabrication machine are introduced followed by the fabrication process of autobus shell. The advantages and shortcomings of conventional fabrication processes are then analyzed. Based on the discussions as mentioned above, a new structure of hydraulic rolling machine is presented together with its principle and implementation methods.
