摘要
目的了解急性等容血液稀释(ANH)对妇科手术患者应激反应影响。方法30例妇科手术患者,随机分为两组,对照组(A组,n=15)和ANH组(B组,n=15),分别于诱导前、切皮前、手术开始1h和手术结束时取血测定血清IL-6、皮质醇浓度。结果两组患者手术1h和术终的血清IL-6,皮质醇浓度相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性等容血液稀释未导致妇科患者围术期的应激反应。
Objective To study the effect of acute normovolemic haemodilution on stress response to gynecological patients. Methods 40 patients scheduled gynecologic operation were randomly divided to two groups,control group （group A）and acute normovolemic haemodilution group （group B）. The sample were taken before induction,before incision. 1 hour after the operative onset and at the operative end respectively, for detecting the level of serum concentration of IL-6 and cortisol. Results At 1 hour after the operative onset and at the operative end, the level of IL-6 and cortisol had no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Acute normovolemic haemodilution had no significant effect on the stress response to gyne- cologic patients.
