摘要
运用Poisson分布的累积函数与不完全伽玛函数之间的关系,给出了Poisson型元件组成的串并联系统和并串联系统的可靠性表达式,然后根据Poisson型元件的样本数据求出未知参数的Fiducial分布,进而得到这两种系统可靠性Fiducial置信下限的计算公式,最后通过数值模拟验证了结论.
Based on the relationship between the cumulative function of the Poisson distribution and the incomplete Gamma function, the expressions of the reliability in the series-parallel system and the parallel-series system which composed of Poisson components were obtained. Based on the sample data of the Poisson components, the Fiducial distribution of the unknown parameter was obtained, then the Fiducial lower confidence limits formulas of the reliability for these systems were present. Finally, numerical simulation was carried out to verify the conclusions
