摘要
以纺锤螺旋藻(节旋藻)TJSD藻株为研究对象,以温度、pH和光照强度为研究条件,通过单因素试验,发现TJSD藻株在33-37℃,pH 9-10.5的培养条件下能够快速生长,在3000-12000 lx光照强度范围内,该藻株的生物量随光照强度的增大而增加。在单因素试验的基础上,进行了三因素三水平的正交试验,结果表明:螺旋藻TJSD藻株的最佳培养条件为37℃,pH9.5,12000 lx。
Best growth condition for Spirulina fusiforrnis TJSD has been studied in present paper. The condition includes temperature,pH value and illumination intensity. Through single factor test,it came to us that the best temperature range for S. fusiformis TJSD growth was from 33℃ to 37℃ ,and pH values as from 9 to 10.5. The above condition will be effective for booming organism growth of TJSD; Biomass of the Spirulina TJSD increased as the illumination intensity rising from 3000--120001x. Further more, the orthogonal test of three factors and three levels was also studied, it can he found that the optimum cultivating condition in light incubator was 37℃,pH9.5,and 120001x.
