摘要
介绍JR型氨合成塔内件的结构特点、工艺流程、催化剂的装填、测温点布置、催化剂升温还原及实际应用情况。实践证明:JR型氨合成塔内件具有催化剂利用率高、生产能力大、结构合理、无冷管效应、调节手段多、操作控制方便、阻力小及使用寿命长等特点。
A presentation is given of the structure features, production process, catalyst loading and arrangement of temperature measuring points, and the temperature reduction of catalyst and the actural production case are also presented. The operation results indicate that the JR type internal of ammonia reactor is featured with high catalyst utilization efficiency, large production capacity, rational structure, non cooling pipe effect, multi adjusting means, easy operation, low resistance, long service life, etc.
