摘要
物流园区是现代物流发展的重要组成部分,是现代物流运作的主要载体。物流园区建设面广量大,涉及问题错综复杂,这要求必须对之有清醒认识,否则就会事与愿违,造成盲目发展、功能低下、管理不善等问题。文中从七个方面提出了构建现代城市物流园区的对策意见,以供一些地方建设现代城市物流园区时借鉴或参考。
Logistics Park is the development of modern logistics an important component of modem logistics operation is the main vector. Logistics Park-building huge number and broad scope, the problems involved in the complex, which requires us to have a clear understanding of it, otherwise it will backfire, resulting in the blind development of dysfunction, mismanagement and other issues. In this paper, the seven aspects of the logistics of building a modern city measures the views of the park for some parts of building a modem logistics park at the city or make reference to learn from.
