摘要
移动式垂直透视轿车检查系统是一种对轿车进行垂直透视成像的新型检查系统。文章简要介绍了控制系统的结构,并详细分析了其中的拖动控制设计。拖动控制采用自适应张力控制方案,实现钢丝绳牵引拖板平稳往复运动,保证轿车成像扫描过程平稳连续,以获取高质量的轿车图像。
The mobile vertical projection car inspection system is a new instrument developed specially for car inspection. This paper introduces briefly the structure of its control system, and details the design of car-drawing control. The drawing control adopts adaptive tension control method to draw pallet carrying car to-and-fro smoothly. It ensures smooth and uninterrupted car scanning processes and high quality projection images.
