摘要
岩石质量指标ＲＱＤ是岩体工程分类和稳定性评价中最常用的定量描述参数。３０多年来，ＲＱＤ的概念和理论研究有了重大进展。本文对源于工程应用的几个ＲＱＤ理论问题进行了评述，同时提出了一些新的研究思路。
ock quality designation ( RQD ) is one of the most important quantitative indices on estimating and classifying engineering rock mass, and its concept and theory have been developed significantly during last thirty years. On the basis of the research of its engineering application, we discussed some theoretic topics and proposed several new analysing methods in this note.
