摘要
目的:观察下颌第三磨牙前倾阻生致第二磨牙龋坏作联冠修复的临床效果。方法:102例患者经完善的牙体牙髓根尖周治疗后,采用金属或金属烤瓷联冠修复,术后观察0.5～5年。结果:102例观察0.5～5年后,95例未见松动和折断脱落,X片无继发牙体牙周病变,自诉咀嚼功能恢复良好。3例因下颌第二磨牙根尖周症状拔除后改为固定修复,有效率97.1%。结论:下颌第三磨牙前倾阻生致第二磨牙龋坏,联冠修复后效果良好。满足中老年患者不拔牙的治疗需要,同时解决了第二磨牙与第三磨牙之间的食物嵌塞,并保留第三磨牙为第二磨牙因治疗失败拔除后的修复创造了条件。
Objective： To abserve the union crown restoratory, s clinical effect of the mandibular second molar decay by the man- dibular third molar forward impaction. Methods： 102 example patients who cure perfect tooth body endodontal - periodontal and periapical,adopt metal full or PFM ,then abserve six months to five years. Results：After six months to five years ,95 in 102 examples have not break off to come off and secondary problem that found on tooth periodontal by X - ray, describe byself that mastication function is well. 3 examples fixed bridge span restoratory after extracting the mandibular secondmolar because it is apical area diseases,the effective rabe was 97. 1%. Conclusion： The union crown restoratory of the mandibular second molar distal surfare proximate carives by the mandibular third molar forward impaction is best effect. It having satisfied the middle old age patients needn,t extract tooth and resove the impaction food problem between the second and third molar, and keeping the mandibular third molar for creating the chance of restoratory because the second molar cured fall to extract.
