摘要
针对当前自然灾害频发的现状和电力应急通信实际需求,在电力应急通信网络需求分析的基础上,提出了电力系统应对灾害的应急通信网络总体结构框架,设计了基于WiMAX和应急通信车等无线通信方式的网省电力公司与地、市级电力公司(变电站)之间的应急通信网络。利用评价模型对该网络的抗毁性能进行分析,同时探讨了该应急通信网络在实际应用中可能出现的问题,并计算了该网络在实际应用中的抗毁性误差。
Facing the frequent occurrences of natural disaster and the demand for an emergency communication system, an overall configuration of emergency communication network in power system between provincial power company and municipal power company (or substation) is put forward, which based on WiMAX and emergency communication vehicle. The survivability performances is analysed by evaluation model, and the potential problems of the emergency communication network in practical application are discussed. The survivability error is also calculated in the paper.
