摘要
新的通信方式和计算机网络的飞速发展,对语音信号的编码传输提出了新的要求。在新一代的网络中,希望能充分利用信号源的特征和信道的统计复用性,改变以往信源一般输出是恒定速率码流的特点,而以具有不同速率的分层编码和变速编码,作为新的信源编码系统。讨论了基于ADPCM、CELP和多类激励的多种变速率编码方案。实验表明,利用语音信号本身特征,达到高压缩比同时具有较高合成语音质量是可能的。
With the rapid development of telecommunication and computer networks,signal coding systems that have variable output bit rates,so called layered encoders and variable bit rate encoders,have drawn much attention and been widely used in modern networks.This paper discusses such kind of coding systems that are ADPCM ,CELP and speech classification based.Experiments show that high quality speech coding systems can be realized by utilizing the characteristics of speech signals.
