摘要
针对钢厂、电厂原料检验站的需要,本文设计出了由计算机和PLC组成的原料自动采样机二级控制系统。该系统上位机与PLC通过TCP/IP以O PC方式交换数据,并借助视频监控系统实现了设备现场无人值守。在对系统需求的分析上,设计出了控制系统的总体结构,给出了软硬件配置,介绍了各功能模块的实现过程。实际运行结果表明该系统运行稳定,获得了良好的控制效果。
A material auto sampling machine two cascade control system based on computer and PLC（ programmable logical controller） is introduced in this paper, aiming at the requirements of material inspection station, in the steelworks and power plant. The system uses TCP/IP to communicate data between master PC and PLC by OPC mode. The scene can＇ t be watched in virtue of video monitoring system. Based on the analysis of requirements of the system, this paper presents an overall scheme of the controlling system and introduces the hardware and software configuration, illustrating the implement process of function blocks. The result of the operation indicates that the monitoring system works well and the good controlling effect achieves.
