摘要
近年来,辽宁省信息产业规模扩张势头良好,信息产业对外开放取得新进展,带动经济社会信息化水平得到全面提升,信息产业已经成为辽宁省重要的支柱产业之一。"十一五"时期是实现辽宁省老工业基地全面振兴的重要时期,也是实现信息产业跨越式发展的关键时期。本文对辽宁省信息产业的发展现状进行了深入分析,提出了辽宁省信息产业发展的思路及对策措施。
In recent years, the information industry in Liaoning Province has maintained great developments and the information industry has made new progress in opening up, which make the level of economic and social information upgraded. The information industry has become one of the pillar industries in Liaoning Province. The Eleventh Five-Year period is an important period to achieve a comprehensive revitalization of Liaoning old industrial bases and it is also a critical period to realize great-leap-forward development of the information industry. This article analyzes the status quo of information industry in Liaoning Province and puts forward ideas and countermeasures for the development of information industry.
