摘要 目的对文献报道的两个合成1,1'-双环十二-2,2'-二酮方法进行了再研究.方法以环十二酮的烯胺和卤代酮反应制备标题化合物.结果合成了1,1'-双环十二-2,2'-二酮的脱水关环产物2,3,4,5-双-(邻-1,10-亚癸基)-呋喃.结论反应产物非常复杂,从中意外的获得了其关环产物. Objective Two synthetic methods of 1, 1′-bicyclododecyl-2, 2′-dione in literature were reinvestigated. Methods The other route for 1, 1′-biscyclododecan-2, 2′-dione synthesis by the alkylation of enamine with halogenated ketone was carried out. Results The dehydration and cyclization product 2, 3, 4, 5-bis (ortho-1, 10- decylidene) furan was obtained. Its structure was confirmed by 1H, 13C NMR, ESI-MS, and IR spectral data. Conclusion The productions are very complex and unexpectedly obtained cyclization product.
