摘要
本文对２０例经膀胱前列腺切除与１３例男性腹部手术病人手术前后血液状态改变进行研究，结果发现两组术后均未有血液高凝状态发生，这可能是国人术后深静脉血栓形成和肺栓塞的发生率低的重要原因之一。但前列腺组术后有血液高凝倾向，应引起高度重视。
he coagulation and fibrinolytic functions were evaluated in 20 patients before and after suprapubictransvesical prostatectomy(TVP).Thirteen male patients of the same age group undergoing other abdominalis one of the most important reasons that the reported incidence of deep venous thrombosis(DVP) and pulmonaryembolism(PE) in our country are lower.However,a tendency toward hypercoagulability was found inpostprostatectomy group.So urologists should pay much attention to it.
