摘要
利用近终形双辊铸轧薄带新工艺快速凝固、动态直接成形的特点,直接制备出宽254mm、厚1~3mm的镁合金薄带坯。解决了镁合金坯料成形难问题,极大地简化了生产工艺流程。同时细化晶粒,提高镁合金薄带坯的加工成形性能。
For the flash set and dynamic compaction of the new twin roll strip casting technology, it was used to prepare the magnesium alloy thin strip of 254 mm in width and 1-3 mm in thickness with near net shape. By using of the new technology, the problem of magnesium alloy ingot formation was solved and it simplified production process greatly. At the same time, the technology can refine grain size and improve the forming performance of the magnesium alloy.
