摘要
浮纹型贾卡经编针织物是在精致而轻透的花式底布上散落镶嵌着具有浮纹效应花纹的一种织物。通过对所搜集的多个样布进行研究和分析后,以一小方台布为例,概括该类织物工艺设计的方法和过程,详细叙述了由花型图向WB花型图的转化过程中对贾卡意匠信息的处理,重点研究了纱线张力对织物仿真的影响,并以VC++.NET为平台在计算机中实现了对该类织物的仿真。
The warp knitted broche fabric, which was produced by one of the Jacquard-raschel machines, had special tri-dimensional broche pattern on the light and delicate ground. After analysing and studying on many sampies, the article illustrated with the technical design of one piece of tablecloth, generalized the method and process to form the broche fabric, particularly discussed the rules of transforming from pattern motif to warp knitted broche pattern motif, studied the yarn tension in the simulation, and then carried out the simulation realistically based on the VC ＋ ＋.
