摘要
应用１２导联同步描记的心电图，对１６０例健康成人，测量了同一心动周期的ＱＴｃ、ＱＴｄ、ＱＴｃｄ。旨在研究健康成人的参数正常值，为临床应用提供参照。结果为：ＱＴｃ３８１±１８．９（３３０～４１５）ｍｓ；ＱＴｄ２５．８±１１．８（５～４６）ｍｓ；ＱＴｃｄ２７．１±１２．７（２～５０）ｍｓ。各参数性别间未见统计学差异。
QTc、QTd、QTcd of the same cardiac cycle in 160 healthy person were measured by 12 lead electrocardiogram of synchronistic trace.The results were as followed:QTc 381±18.9(330￣415)ms;QTd 25.8±11.8(5￣46)ms;QTcd 27.1±12.7(2￣50)ms.There was no statistical difference between the sex.
