Investigation on Seeding of Peritoneal Mesothelial Cells for the Internal Lining of Venous Vascular Prostheses with Experimental Practice for Venous Implantation

摘要 采用酶学方法获取网膜间皮细胞,种植人造血管行静脉移植,结果表明间皮细胞种植的人造血管内壁能形成一层完整的、具有抗血栓形成的活性生物内膜,人造血管静脉移植的通畅率和细胞分泌前列环素的功能都明显高于对照组。腹膜间皮细胞来源容易,取材方便,操作简单,获取细胞数量多,整个种植过程能在一期手术中完成,初步临床应用和随访结果令人满意。 Peritoneal mesothelial cells, prepared by trypsin digestion of canine omentum were taken to be seeded for the internal lining of artificial Dacron venous vascular prostheses which were subject to be used in ve-nous implantation of superficial femoral vein in dogs to arrive at better rate of patency after imp1antation was ob-served and confirmed in the experimental practice. It was found that active antithrombotic effect was existing in the endothelial lining of these seeded prostheses with smooth and even distribution of mesothelial cellular layer of in-ternal wall, that the rate of patency after operation was 66. 6% v- s. 33. 3% in the control group of graft- Further-more, less TXB2 and more prostacyclin were found in th seeded group (P<0. 05 and P<0. 01). Authors believed that mesothelial cellar seeding of vascular prostheses was easy to perform and its application was simple and effec-tive. And much better operative results might be obtained.
