供应链企业间基于信任的知识获取和合作绩效实证研究 被引量：8

摘要 采用结构方程模型结合166家供应链上下游企业的调查数据,通过引入知识获取这一中介变量对供应链企业间的信任与合作绩效的关系进行实证研究,其中合作绩效分为主观合作绩效与客观合作绩效。研究结果表明:信任与知识获取、主观合作绩效有显著的正相关关系,知识获取与客观合作绩效、主观合作绩效有显著的正相关关系,信任与客观合作绩效相关关系不显著。
