摘要
目的观察舒脊方治疗腰椎间盘源性下腰痛（Discogenic Low Back Pain，DLBP）的临床疗效。方法156例DLBP患者随机分为三组，各52例，治疗组服用舒脊方；对照1组口服西乐葆；对照2组例服用左归丸，1个疗程后观察汉化Oswestry功能障碍指数。结果治疗组及对照1、2组总有效率分别为82．6％、88．5％和59．6％，治疗组总有效率较对照1组无显著性差异（P〉0．05）：较对照2组有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论舒脊方治疗DLBP有良效。
Objective To explore the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine ＂SHU JI FANG＂ in treating lumbar discogenic low back pain（DLBP）. Methods 156 cases were divided into three groups by random with 52 cases in each group. A treatment group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine ＂SHU JI FANG＂. A control group 1 was treated by Bextra; A control group 2 was treated by Chinese traditional medicine Zuogui pill. Results The difference of cure rate and the excellent rate between the treatment group and the control group 1 did not show significance by X^2cbeck, with P〉0.05; while the difference between the treatment Group and the Control group 2 showed significance by X^2 check with P〈0.05.Conclusion I ＂SHU JI FANG＂ is effective in treating discogenic low back pain.
