摘要
目的了解延安市恶性肿瘤患者弓形虫感染概况,探讨两者相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)间接法对120例不同类型的恶性肿瘤患者和80名正常体检者进行AtAb检测。结果研究组病人抗弓形虫抗体(AtAb)免疫吸附实验的阳性率为16.67%(20/120),与健康对照组AtAb的阳性率6.25%(5/80)比较,两组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.76,P<0.05)。不同系统恶性肿瘤患者AtAb的阳性率略有不同,其中消化系统为18.75%(9/48),呼吸系统为15.00%(3/20),生殖系统为16.67%(6/36),其它系统为12.50%(2/16),但各系统恶性肿瘤患者AtAb的阳性率比较,无有统计学意义(χ2=6.00,P>0.05)。不同性别恶性肿瘤AtAb的阳性率也不同,其中男性为19.64%(11/56),女性为14.06%(9/64),但两者间差异无有统计学意义(χ2=0.67,P>0.05)。结论免疫功能低下的恶性肿瘤患者容易感染弓形虫或促使潜伏的弓形虫活动,应引起医务人员的足够重视。
Objective To understand the infections condition of the malignant tumors patient coinfected with Toxoplama gondii inYan＇an City. Methods The level of ATAb were detected by ELISA in 120 serum samples from different malignant tumor patients and 80 serum samples from normal persons. Results The positive rate of ATAb in tumor patients was 10.83% and 1.25%.in healthy controls, showing significant difference （X^2-=6.70,P〈0.01）;The infection rates of Toxoplasma gondii in digestive system, respiratory system, gynecology and the others were 12.5%, 10.0% ,11.1% and 6.25%. The infection rates of Toxoplams gondii in males and females were 14.28%（8/56） and 7.81%（5/64） （X^21.29, P〉0.05）. Conclusion The tumor patients with low immune function are subjected to Toxoplasma gondii infection.
