摘要
对于冶炼厂高含砷、镉等离子的污水,采用先投加石灰石乳将污水中游离酸制成石膏,然后用二段石灰中和处理,并同时投加硫酸亚铁,去除污水中的铜、锌、砷等重金属离子,再用磷酸镉沉淀法除镉。最终使排放污水中重金属离子含量达到国家排放标准,处理后的污水可以重复利用。
For the waste water from smelters with high contents of As and Cd ions, the treatment procedure is firstly to add lime milk to allow the free acid in the waste water to form gypsum, then conduct neutralization treatment with lime and add ferrous sulphate to remove metallic ions of Cu, Zn and As in the water, at last remove Cd with the method of cadmium phosphate precipitation to make the metallic ion content in the final effluent meet the national discharge standard, and the waste water after treatment can be recycled.
