摘要
文章指出了农业废弃物循环利用的必要性及循环利用中需贯彻的基本原则,分析了我国在农业废弃物循环利用方面存在的问题,着重探讨了农业废弃物的循环利用模式和废弃物变废为宝带来的社会效益和经济效益。
Generally, agriculture wastes include some certain wastes result from agricultural production, agricultural products processing, livestock and poultry breeding, residential pollutant. How to deal with these agriculture wastes is a problem not only related to resources recycling, but also have something to do with the environmental safety. In addition, it has a close relationship with agricultural development and construction of new socialist countryside. On the basis of＂three R＂, this article specialized in exploring recycling modes to change wastes into treasure. Take Jiaxing as a typical case to find out its social and economic benefits.
