摘要
通过对双偏心半球阀阀芯的研磨工艺进行分析,设计出一种能实现正弦波研磨轨迹的研磨机。该机可调节研磨速度和研磨压力,并通过弹性浮动支承结构保证阀芯与研具球面良好吻合,使研磨质量和研磨效率得到极大提高。
A muller which can rearlize a sine rubbing routine was designed by analyzing the rubbing processing of the doube eccentricity haft-ball valvular core. The muller can adjust the rubbing velocity and pressure, which can ensure a good anastomose between the spherical surface and half-ball valvular core by an elasticity float supporting mechanism. So it can improve the rubbing quality and efficiency greatly.
