In the process of education, teaching plays the core role, and quality the key ; training professionals of high quality is the objective. With the development of education practice, teaching re- search should be strengthened among teachers, and the teaching quality should be increased. In such a way could the education reforms be deepen, the education vigor energized, and colleges keep developing.
