摘要
本文52例颈部肿大淋巴结,恶性淋巴结34例,良性淋巴结18例。用彩色Deppler血流信号判断,恶性肿大淋巴结的敏感性为91％,特异性为66％;若以阻力指数RI≤0.6为诊断异常血流的标准,恶性敏感性为82％,特异性为77％。但良恶性淋巴结间的血流特征可有类似。
Fifty-two patients with enlarged cervical lymph nodes,including 34 cases of the malignant and 18 cases of benign,were examined by color Doppler ultrasound. With color Doppler blood flow signal evaluation alone,the sensitivity and specificity of malignant lymph nodes were 91% and 66% respectively. Taking RI≤0. 6 as a diagnostic criterion of abnormal blood flow pattern,the sensitivity and specificity of malignant lymph nodes was 82% and 77%,respectively. The characteristic blood flow pattern of benign lymph nodes was similar to that of malignant lymph nodes.
