摘要
研究了低温(5℃)胁迫下精胺对黄瓜幼苗叶片抗氧化酶系统和膜脂过氧化的影响。结果表明,外施精胺显著降低了低温胁迫下黄瓜幼苗叶片的丙二醛含量和电解质渗漏率、增强了超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性,提高了抗坏血酸和脯氨酸含量,从而增强了植株抗氧化能力,减轻了细胞膜伤害,提高了黄瓜的抗寒力。
Effects of spermine (Spm) on antioxidant enzyme systems and membrane lipid peroxidation in the leaves of cucumber seeding were investigated under low temperature stress. Results of experiments indicated that Spm application in cucumber seeding induced a significant decrease in malondialdehyde content and electrolyte leakage under low temperature stress. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD) and ascorbic peroxidase (APX) were increased by Spin application. Spm application also caused a distinct increase in the ascorbic acid and proline contents. It could be speculated that exogenous Spm enhanced cold resistance by increasing antioxidant capacity and alleviating membrane damage in cucumber under low temperature stress.
