摘要
阐述了维和医疗分队2004年赴非洲利比里亚展开二级医院工作。在实际工作中,维和医疗分队严格遵守联合国维和行动卫勤保障要求,制定在特殊环境中医疗仪器的使用管理和保养制度以及完善有序的维修计划,使所有医疗卫生装备经过4a使用后,完好率均在95%以上,小型常规医疗器械设备维修自维修率达到90%。顺利通过联合国每半年一次的重大卫生装备核查,为今后参加类似任务提供重要参考。
Chinese peaeekeeping medical team established a Level II Hospital on Liberia in 2004. Peacekeeping medical teams abide by varieties rules on medical service support and establish management and maintenance system of medical instrument. More than 95% medical equipment is still kept in good condition after four years and the routine rate of self- maintenance of small medical equipments can be reached 95%. All the medical equipment have passed the half-yearly verification of ORI by UN, the experience have great value for future similar missions.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2008,29（11 ） ：95-96]
